Technical Advice
With over 22 years' experience in the manufacture and distribution of
diamond consumables & equipment Duradiamond are well placed
to offer their customers sound practical advice on methods, tool
selection, and economies of choice, when diamond cutting the broad
spectrum of construction materials found in the UK and Ireland.
The FAQ’s section details the different methods of drilling and sawing available,
where and when to use these methods and lists the associated equipment and consumables to match the type of material being cut.

Product Training
Duradiamond comply strictly with CITB safety awareness guidelines
and the rules of the regulatory bodies like the HSE through regular
correspondence and consultation. As supplier members of the Drilling
& Sawing Association and Hire Association Europe, Duradiamond
are committed to promoting the safe use and understanding of diamond
tools and equipment through the codes of practice laid down by the
associations to all their members.
Whenever possible, Duradiamond carry out operator competency training
on all the products it supplies. If operator licensing is required,
we are able to put our customers in contact with the training authority
approved to issue the relevant licence.
As a further safeguard Duradiamond maintains a detailed customer
training database which allows us to update our customers on any
Health & Safety issues as they arise.
Core Bit Re-tipping Service
All core bits manufactured by Duradiamond can be returned for retipping.
Send your used barrels back to Bonnybridge for inspection by our engineering staff who will provide you with a report and quotation.
We are also able to retip most of our competitors barrels with Duradiamond tips.

Product Own Branding
Large OEM, Tool Distributors and Hire Companies can have Duradiamond product branded and packaged to their particular requirements.
Generally this would be conditional on set minimum order quantities which are open to negotiation.
Point of Sale
Consumable display stands are available to our resale customers in a variety of sizes and combinations.
Generally these would be supplied conditional on set minimum stock order quantities which are open to negotiation.
X Hire
Duradiamond are supplier members of the Hire Association Europe and can offer a limited range of specialist tools for cross hire to hire customers.

Specialist Contractors
Duradiamond are supplier members of the Drilling & Sawing Association and can offer customers advice on when it would be safer to bring
in a DSA approved specialist contractor to carrying out your cutting or to do it yourself.
